On May 18th, Ctrip.com, China's largest online travel company, said that because the official website of the National Tourism Administration continuously forwarded the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs' tips on Chinese citizens not to travel to Vietnam, Ctrip has begun to actively dismiss domestic tourists who booked recent Vietnamese tour products. And start a special protection policy, return the full amount of the order, and not let the customer bear the loss. For customers who request cancellation of their itinerary, Ctrip also bears the loss arising from the cancellation. This measure currently involves hundreds of tourists across the country, including users who have subscribed to Ctrip's online self-employed and agency products.

It is also understood that at present, China's national travel, Caesar tourism and other major domestic travel agencies have begun to persuade tourists who are scheduled to travel freely in Vietnam.
